Who We Are
Darrin Araki | CCIM, RA
Darrin created Investment Property Solutions as a way to help Hawaii families that own commercial and residential investment assets. He saw that institutional & sophisticated investors often had access to professional investment analysis and guidance while many families were left trying to figure things out on their own. Investment Property Solutions was made to bridge this gap and makes high quality investment analysis, problem solving and advisory services available to everyday families in Hawaii.
Darrin has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate.
